Data deletion instructions
Signal & Science is operated by Reverge. You can request deletion of your account data, or disconnect a single integration, at any time.
Delete your account data
Email privacy@reverge.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days unless we are required to retain specific records by law.
Disconnect one integration
To stop future data syncing from a connected service, sign in to Signal & Science and go to Settings -> Integrations -> Disconnect. For Meta connections, disconnecting removes stored Facebook and Instagram credentials and cached Meta-derived metrics.
What gets deleted
- account profile and business profile data
- connected integration records and credentials
- generated content, plans, briefings, assessments, and cached metrics
- Meta-derived Facebook and Instagram metrics cached by Signal & Science
We may retain billing, tax, audit, security, and abuse-prevention records where required by law or necessary to protect the Services.
Meta automated requests
If you remove Signal & Science from your Facebook settings, Meta may send Reverge an automated data deletion request. Our callback verifies Meta's signed request, disconnects the matching Meta integration, deletes cached Facebook and Instagram metrics, and returns a confirmation code with a public status page.
